Men in France could be fined €350 (US$435) if they follow women in the street, whistle at them, make loud comments about their appearance or ask for their phone numbers, according to a draft proposal to combat “sexual contempt.”
The new report will be presented to the French government in the coming days, local media report. The plans come from a parliamentary working group set up by France’s secretary of state for equality, Marlene Schiappa. The politicians behind the proposal suggest that men who “violate women’s freedom of movement in public space” should face a minimum fine of €90 for those who can pay on the spot. If the fine is delayed, it could reach €350, the report says. The document will be presented to Schiappa, Minister of Justice Nicole Belloubet, and Minister of the Interior Gerard Collomb.

Lisa Bloom, a California lawyer and daughter of Gloria Allred, who also represents Trump accusers, arranged payments for women to publicly accuse Donald Trump of sexual misconduct before the election. Bloom’s efforts included offering to sell the story to TV outlets in return for a commission for herself, arranging a donor to pay off the accuser’s mortgage, and attempting to secure as much as $750,000 to another woman who ultimately declined. The unidentified woman had an email from Bloom indicating that a Clinton Super PAC would help finance her legal costs if she agreed to do it. President Trump mocked women’s rights attorney Gloria Allred after her client, Beverly Young Nelson, admitted Friday she added “notes” to what she says is Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore’s signature in her yearbook in 1977.
“So, did you see what happened today? Do you know the yearbook? Did you see that? There was a little mistake made. She started writing things in the yearbook,” Trump continued. “Oh, what are we going to do? Gloria Allred, any time you see her, you know something’s going wrong.”

Is Google Working with Liberal Groups to Snuff Out Conservative Websites?
Google revealed in a blog post that it is now using machine learning to document “hate crimes and events” in America. They’ve partnered with liberal groups like ProPublica, BuzzFeed News, and the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) to make information about “hate events” easily accessible to journalists. And now, there are troubling signs that this tool could be used to ferret out writers and websites that run afoul of the progressive orthodoxy.
In the announcement, Simon Rogers, data editor of Google News Labs, wrote:
Now, with ProPublica, we are launching a new machine learning tool to help journalists covering hate news leverage this data in their reporting.
The Documenting Hate News Index — built by the Google News Lab, data visualization studio Pitch Interactive and ProPublica — takes a raw feed of Google News articles from the past six months and uses the Google Cloud Natural Language API to create a visual tool to help reporters find news happening across the country. It’s a constantly-updating snapshot of data from this year, one which is valuable as a starting point to reporting on this area of news.
The Documenting Hate project launched in response to the lack of national data on hate crimes. While the FBI is required by law to collect data about hate crimes, the data is incomplete because local jurisdictions aren’t required to report incidents up to the federal government.
All of which underlines the value of the Documenting Hate Project, which is powered by a number of different news organisations and journalists who collect and verify reports of hate crimes and events. Documenting Hate is informed by both reports from members of the public and raw Google News data of stories from across the nation.
On the surface, this looks rather innocuous. It’s presented by Google as an attempt to create a database of hate crimes — information that should be available with a quick Google search, it should be noted. But a quick glance at the list of partners for this project should raise some red flags:
The ProPublica-led coalition includes The Google News Lab, Univision News, the New York Times, WNYC, BuzzFeed News, First Draft, Meedan, New America Media, The Root, Latino USA, The Advocate, 100 Days in Appalachia and Ushahidi. The coalition is also working with civil-rights groups such as the Southern Poverty Law Center, and schools such as the University of Miami School of Communications.
ProPublica poses as a middle-of-the-road non-profit journalistic operation, but in reality, it’s funded by a stable of uber-liberal donors, including George Soros’s Open Society Foundations and Herb and Marion Sandler, billionaire former mortgage bankers whose Golden West Financial Corp. allegedly targeted subprime borrowers with “pick-a-pay” mortgages that led to toxic assets that were blamed for the collapse of Wachovia. The Southern Poverty Law Center, of course, is infamous for targeting legitimate conservatives groups, branding them as “hate groups” because they refuse to walk in lockstep with the progressive agenda. And it goes with out saying that The New York Times and BuzzFeed News lean left.

It’s run by an organization called Buddhist Insights — led by monk Bhante Suddhaso.“Today we’ll be practicing ‘loving kindness meditation’ here in the subway,” he explained.Participants were told to send thoughts of love and peace to loved ones and to those in the subway.“This practice is one of bringing up a feeling of unconditional love, and good will,” Suddhaso explained.
Everyone taking part had meditated in more traditional, quiet settings, but never in the subway.It’s the mission of the group to take meditation out of quiet spaces, and into public places. They’ve meditated in a factory, out on a sidewalk, seemingly everywhere.“You can meditate anywhere regardless of how quiet or how loud it is,” Suddhaso said.The message — no more excuses not to meditate.“It’s a little bit like I’m going to start the diet on Monday, or I’m going to go to the gym next week, and then next week and Monday never arrives,” Giovanni Masselli said.In the subway they believe the house is not the obstacle. It’s your attitude towards it.“It’s just sound.

“I am contracted to him [Bob Creamer],” says Foval to an undercover reporter. “But I answer to the head of Special Events for the DNC and the head of special events and political for the campaign.”
“The [Clinton] campaign pays DNC, DNC pays Democracy Partners, Democracy Partners pays the Foval Group, The Foval Group goes and executes the shit…” continued Foval. “Democracy Partners is the tip of the spear on that stuff.”
Bob Creamer founded and is listed as a partner on the website of the Democratic consulting firm Democracy Partners. He is the husband of Jan Shakowsky, a congresswoman from Chicago. In 2005, he plead guilty to tax violations and bank fraud.
“Wherever Trump and Pence are going to be, we have events and we have a whole team across the country that does that both consultants and people from the Democratic Party,” Creamer told an investigator. “And the Democratic Party apparatus and the people from the campaign, the Clinton campaign and my role with the campaign, is to manage all that.”

Sitting down with Bill Hemmer to analyze last night’s second debate between Trump and Hillary Clinton, O’Reilly said he’s “100 percent convinced” of the media plot against Trump.
“I’m talking about big conglomerates. … News organizations have sent, not officially but through the corporate grapevine, [word] that we don’t want anybody supporting Trump. If you study it, you can see which ones they are,” he said.
O’Reilly said the first 30 minutes were crucial for Trump after the 2005 hot mic comments about groping women’s genitals surfaced on Friday.
“That was the key to Donald Trump’s life. Not just the presidential race, his life. If he had faltered in those first 30 minutes, his brand was done, he was done and the election was over and everything. But he didn’t falter. He took what came at him and he turned it into at least a stalemate,” said O’Reilly, calling that portion a “huge win” for Trump.
He said Trump was then able to go on offense for much of the final hour, “sometimes effectively, sometimes not.”

A man driving on the New Jersey Turnpike recorded a bizarre radio message that repeatedly stated the words, “Trump will go 26th,” leading some to speculate that the station had been hacked.
A YouTube clip features the weird voice playing over and over again as the driver expresses his bafflement.
“What is this?” he asks, turning the stereo off, before turning it back on and hearing the message once again.
“That’s bizarre,” adds the man.
The message was heard on 1630 AM at 7am on Monday morning and went on for a full five minutes, according to the individual in the video.
People in the comments speculated that the radio station had been “hacked” and that the message was a “rogue transmission”.
Others suggested that the voice was saying, “Trump April 26th.”
People contacted Chester Township NJ 1630AM, but employees apparently had no idea that the message had been broadcast.
“This is seriously freaky!” commented another YouTube user.
“Pretty spooky to be honest,” added another.
By coincidence, the first presidential debate between Trump and Hillary Clinton will take place on September 26th in Hempstead, NY.
