GOOGLE COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA FROM HOUSEHOLD WIFI

A few years ago, Google sent out an army of cars with cameras on top, to photograph images of streets at eye level, no matter how remote or obscure. To date they have covered an impressive area.

At the time, some believed Google were also collecting private data from residents wi-fi connection. Like emails and passwords.

However, Google denied it.

But now, an investigation by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), has found that Google cars did carry software, which harvested data being transferred from unsecured wifi networks, as their cars passed by.

According to the reports, the cars could collect 250 kb of data per router, or 25 emails each.

Some have said, this is the fault of the residents for not securing their wifi networks.

But why would Google allow software to be installed in a car meant to be just taking photographs?

If I walked into your front door, even if you had left it open, and opened your mail and read it, would you not be mad? Is that not illegal?

Is this so different?

And what now? Are street view cameras still harvesting our data? Do they still have this data stored, along with all the other data they harvest from their customers every second of every day?

And how are they using it?

  1. Prophetic use & release!Prophesy is prlrmaiiy intended for edification, encouragement & building up the Body of Christ.God uses us to bring a word of encouragement for those around us. He knows we need encouragement so He has us share what we get from Him so that others will be edified and built up. So often God gives prophetic words to build up the Body of Christ. We need encouagement, comfort & buiding up.God sometimes gives us insight into situations to be able to pray to change the outcome of that situation. Sharing the prophetic word at the wrong time might bring fear rather than prayer & changed outcome. Knowing when to release a word is crucial, for all to benefit. Sometimes prophetic words are given well in advance of the need to share it. We really need to ask the Lord if this is the right time to share what He’s showed out about this person or situation. Releasing a prophetic word in the wrong timing will not fully benefit the person or group hearing the word. A prophetic word spoken accurately and in the right timing, in the right spirit will bring encouragement. Maybe the Lord wants to show us this prophetic insight but not share it. It could be that another has the same word and wouldn’t share it if I share it. Or it could be that we may encourage them by sharing the Lord showed me the same thing, after they have shared the same word. This way the one who received the word is built up because there is also a witness and the one sharing the word was encouraged because they took the risk and then found out that they were correct in their hearing.Often God brings very similar prophetic words, sometimes months or years apart. Sometimes they appear to be reminders to us of what He’s spoken to us previously, He’s not forgotten, even if we don’t see it occuring yet. Beign reminded of His faithfulness, that He hasn’t forgotten is all that’s needed.Hearing a prophetic word is not enough. We must learn how & when to share the word, or hold on to it, if it’s not something we’re supposed to share. God is training us in this! Hearing a word and then sharing it at the wrong time is not in our best interest or in the best interest of those hearing the word.
