White House to review Texas Succession from the Union Petition

As of 3:40 p.m. ET, more than 25,000 Texans have already signed the petition on to let Texas peacefully secede from United States of America and “create its own NEW government.”

The petition, created on Nov. 9, argues for secession, stating:

  1. I really cannot count how many years that the government has been operating outside the will of the people but for quite sometime. Let’s take Eisenhower’s farewell address. President Eisenhower specically warned us to beware of the Military Industrial complex. Advance the clock to 1963 . John f Kennedy. Wanted to get us out of the Vietnam military advisors position. When LBJ took over it esculated. Many people that I have spoken with said that that the Vietnam conflict could have been won within 6.
    months if the military was left alone to fight the battle and if the poiticians
    would stay out of the way. Winners of the conflict the herion trade, and the US arms trade. Cost 50,000 young American.
