Random Events, Free Will or Something Darker?

Hurricane Irene

Saturday 27th August saw the first hurricane to hit the American mainland since September 2008, when Hurricane Ike hit the US. Hurricane Irene was billed by politicians and the media as a potential monster, at one point being forecast as a possible category 4 hurricane. Much was made of the projected path through Manhattan and New York city. Major Bloomberg called a state of emergency and urged residents to leave the city, as the media hyped the situation and fear took hold. However, ICOTG Manhattan opted to stay in the city and protect their region, property and local people. The church met together, shared communion and prayed over the city; prophesying that the forecast destruction would not hit.

As the storm raged through North Carolina, Maryland and Baltimore causing extensive damage and loss of life (48 people were killed by the hurricane), forecasters were still predicting a direct hit for Manhattan New York. However, as the storm approached, the path suddenly turned to the west, and the the hurricane was downgraded to a tropical storm. The ICOTG New York gateway reported heavy rain, which caused a little flooding, but the major destruction and potential loss of life within the city never happened, for which we thank God, and honor our church in Manhattan, for their faithful intercession. Especially at this time when the financial markets are so fragile.

However, the now ‘tropical storm’ continued to travel north to Massachusetts and Vermont. Vermont suffered record breaking flooding, and power cuts; the people left bewildered by the force of nature asking, “Why Vermont?”

Prophet TV’s gateways have a long track record of deflecting storms. ICOTG Florida have seen many hurricanes change course and not hit their area. Prophet TV seeks to raise up warriors who can stand in their regions to protect them against these destructive influences – “when the enemy comes in like a flood, God raises up a standard.”

Hurricane Irene’s power may have been curtailed, and the important Manhattan region was protected, however Vermont was not. Vermont could have been protected against the devastation, had sons of God stood in the authority of Jesus to protect their region.

Current estimates predict Hurricane Irene will cost America over $10 billion to repair the damage, with the Fed to provide $7 billion of this, making Hurricane Irene one of the top ten worst natural disasters in America’s history. This is money America can ill afford at this time; money the average American will have to pay. But it is money we need not be spending, if the church walked in the authority available to us through Jesus Christ, and we stood to protect our regions against the demonic being released throughout this nation by the worship of other gods and witchcraft.

It takes years for God to purge, test and temper you, so He can put a permanent heavy mantle on you to resist this level of demonic destruction.

This process is not easy, in fact it is the “Great Tribulation” the bible speaks of, though it has been mis-taught in the popular Christian sub-culture.

Most Christians, including the leaders of the body, do not have this level of authority and have not gone through this process or even understand it, even though they teach the bible, and raise up more that do not have the authority to stop destruction in their regions.

NOTE:  Jesus was not half way around the world praying to stop the storm,  He was on the boat IN THE STORM, and broke the power !

It is the same with us.

We must have boots on the ground.

NOTE:  Because the ICOTG gatekeepers in New York chose to submit to the process of God and his prophet, (and it has been hell for them, going through “great tribulation” for over a year, as God continues to do a quick work), when the prophet told them to leave NY, they responded “We will not, we are here to represent God and protect our city”,

This too, was God testing their hearts and conviction…

God spoke through the prophet, “because of your heart, I am temporarily putting a 10 fold mantle upon you, and even as you raise your hand and face the storm, it will dissipate around your position, even as you saw the woman stand and the water be deflected in the x-men”.

This is exactly what happened and the news media in NY is now being accused of hyping the storm and they cannot explain what happened to deflect and dissipate it’s destruction as it hit Manhattan.

Note: 10,000 praying a miss, cannot compare to one obedient servant going through God’s process so God can put an anointing or gift on you.  It is God’s anointing or specific gifts and mantles, that break the yoke, not the preaching or teaching or even the praying of the religious.

Note: these gifts are never taken from you, but you will go through “Great Tribulation” before God can trust you with this level of power.

Because many popular leaders themselves, have not submitted to God’s process, God cannot trust the leaders of the body with this level of power.

A leader can and will never teach what he doesn’t know, but instead will turn the gospel message away from the process and power of God, to a constant focus on your behavior and your sin nature.

Hence the problems we see in the world today, No sons of God to meet Him in the clouds and rule and reign.

Submit to God’s process, let God have His way with you.

Do not mock or blaspheme the Holy Spirit on God’s prophet, a fallible man yes, but one who has gone through God’s process and God Himself has poured out gifts upon him and confirms him with signs and wonders as He is the servant of the most high God.

Turmoil in the Global Stock Markets

The close of trading this week has seen the Dow Jones down for the fourth consecutive week. The last few weeks have seen global markets fluctuate wildly. On many days the spread of the gains and losses have been so extreme, one would expect to see such changes over the course of a year, not a day’s trading.

The erratic behavior of the markets has fueled fears of a double-dip recession in the US and Euro-zone nations, as already slow growth reduces even further.

Economic analysts are seeing markets behave in ways never before seen in the history of stock market trading- this is unknown territory.  Some believe we may be heading for a global depression, or Japanese style stagnation.

The fear within the markets is primarily being fed by the continued uncertainty in the Euro-zone nations. Italy and Spain are looking increasingly unstable, and either one of their economies would be too big to bail out, in the manner of Greece. Even the second Greek bail-out package is looking uncertain, as the other Euro-zone nations loose confidence in Greece’s ability to pay back their debts.

Economists have not given up all hope of finding a way through this present crisis, although the margin for error is very slim. Many believe the only way out is for a break up of the single European Currency. If the economic heavy weights of the Euro- Germany in particular- were to leave it would allow the Euro to devalue, bringing relief for the PIGS nations. Despite the economic virtue of such a plan it is currently politically unthinkable in Germany, as such a move would plunge Germany into a harsh recession.

Rioting Throughout England

Recently the UK has seen successive nights of violent throughout the cities of England. There has been widespread looting, arson attacks, mugging, wreckless acts of vandalism, and a sustained attack on police and innocent members of the public.

The unrest started on the Saturday night after a peaceful protest turned into violence. Protesters were angry after a young black man, Mark Duggan, was shot dead by police, after police thought he opened fire on them. It now appears, Duggan did not fire a gun at police, and some in the black community saw his death as evidence of institutional racism within the police force. The fact that Duggan was a notorious local criminal, with a history of violence and gun crime seems to be incidental, as he has now been painted as a “good father and respected member of the community”, who just happened to “live by the gun!”

What then happened no one could have foreseen. After a night of rioting, supposedly, because of this man death, riots broke out all over London on Sunday night, then again on Monday night.

Monday and Tuesday night saw rioting spread to Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, and many other major towns and cities in central England. Every criminal and many young people jumped on the band wagon, and every political grievance the rioter may have felt they had, has been lost in complete abandon with lawlessness and looting- criminals and yobs who just looked to cause as much damage and steal as much as they could.

Areas worst affected were those with high ethnic populations, although race was not the only factor in these riots. We are witnessing the manifestation of many of the deep social problems in British society caused by the break down of family, poor educational achievement, and ingrained victim mentality, and generational welfare dependance. Sadly black families in impoverished areas have a high percentage of all these problems.

The socialist left in Britain has been quick to lay the blame on the Conservative government, for cuts the benefit system. However, their polices have facilitated generations of families to live on state benefits, to such an extent the world of work is beyond the comprehension of many young people in Britain today.

Looters told reporters, as they stole thousands of pounds worth of goods from electrical stores, “we’re entitled to this”.

What has happened to a society where people think they are “entitled” to a big flat screen television- like some kind of divine birth right? And if they are not supplied one, they should be allowed to steal one, and wreck the shop and destroy local businesses in the process!

The British government are trying to bring about change that will make work pay for everyone, so no longer will people make more money on benefits than they do going out to work.

Another problem with the British benefit system is it “pays” for a woman to have children with no father, leading to mass fatherlessness within the society. One truly shocking aspect for the riots has been the young age of those involved. The youngest so far to be charged was an eleven year old boy. Fatherlessness is an even greater problem within the black community. Where young boys lives are blighted by having no father figure around.

The consequences all to often are failure at school and rebellious behavior; when they grow up the chances are these boys too will father children they will never raise. And the fatherless daughters have a far greater chance of becoming teenage mothers, without qualifications, requiring state assistance.

To help such communities these deep social problems have to be addressed. Many changes have to happen from within the communities themselves. The black community needs to overcome the victim mentality – not helped by the liberal media, constantly feeding the perception to youths of these communities, that they are victims of racism and poverty. The welfare system needs to continue to be changed, to break the dependancy culture.

Finally, hardest of all, families need to be healed, and children need their fathers. All these problems are deeply rooted within these communities, and have been so for generations; it is naive to think the politicians can magic them away.

Many of the issues need spiritual answers, which requires the church to rise up in England and restore these communities, by demonstrating the love of our heavenly Father to bring honor and respect for property and people to the community.
