Just after Democrats officially took over the House yesterday, Tennessee Democratic Congressman Steve Cohen introduced tow Constitutional Amendments.

One would prohibit presidents from pardoning themselves, their family or anyone in their administration and the Second would ELIMINATE the Electoral College.
