ISIS has declared war on the world.

The rules of war dictate each army must wear identifying uniforms so as to keep civilian casualties at a minimum.

Any time an apposing army removes his uniform so as to hide in the general population, he is considered a Spy.

All ISIS spies shall be shot and hung as a spy.

A spy has no rights, gets no lawyer. He is a spy in a military confrontation.

ISIS has declared war, therefore the legal court system does not apply and they can no longer hide behind any rights as a citizen, once they are active in ISIS military.
