Federal judges in New York and Texas blocked the Trump administration from deporting suspected illegal alien gang members under 1798 Alien Enemies Act. The blocks come after the Supreme Court lifted a block from U.S. District Judge James Boasberg and ruled that the Trump administration is allowed to use the wartime authority to deport illegal migrants.
