Scandal in the Vatican

At the beginning of the year documents began to find their way into the hands of the media. These confidential documents had been leaked from the Vatican. The documents give insight into the hidden world at the heart of the Vatican. The Vatileaks documents show bitter in fighting between the rival political factions within the Catholic Church, financial corruption, and paint a picture of the Pope as weak and ineffectual.

The Pope’s butler, Paolo Gabriele, has now been arrested, after hundreds of personal letters from the Pope were found in his apartment. Though many believe he has been made a scapegoat, and the people truly behind the leaked documents are still operating within the Vatican.

Also, in the last month the official exorcist to the Pope, Father Gabriele Amorth, has said he know’s what happened to a teenage girl who was abducted in 1983. Emanuela Orlandi, was 15 when see disappeared off the streets of Rome. And now Father Gabriele has said she was kidnapped by the Vatican police to be used in sex-parties.

Last year God told Prophet TV to go to Rome, after He showed a vision of the dragon over the Vatican. When God sends in His prophet to a region, that which is hidden is exposed.

Severe Weather Cripples Europe

Since the Mantle has left Europe, extreme cold weather has spread from eastern Europe and Siberia westward to the Atlantic coast of France. The cold has already claimed over 300 lives on the European continent.

Snow has caused travel disruption across France, Italy and the UK. Snow has fallen as far south as Rome and southern France, to many areas which have not seen temperatures as low as -13 C for 25 years.

The Italian Connections…

For many, say Italy and all that comes to mind is pizza, pasta, and perhaps the Pope.

We have already taught on the significance of Rome, in particular via the influence of Vatican City, the Catholic church and the spirit of religion. However, as we have entered the region God has shown us more significant issues in Rome, and Italy.

Surprisingly, Rome is a key media city with global significance. Many blockbuster movies have been made in movie studios around Rome, for example Martin Scorsese’s “Gangs of New York” .

Italian films have also had an impart in their own right. This is now being celebrated by a new album by The long-anticipated brainchild of producer-composer Danger Mouse and Italian composer Daniele Luppi. Both artists share a love Italian cinema, and have used Italian movie sound tracks to inspire this new collection. They have enlisted the writing and vocal talent of Jack White, of White Stripes; and the talented Norah Jones for vocals. The album, Rome, has been met with much critical acclaim; and reflected the rich movie heritage of Italy.

Furthermore, the latest rapping talent to catch the attention of the critics is a 22 year old Gomo Tulku, who currently lives in Tuscany, Italy. Gomo Tulku was born to Tibetan parents in Canada, but spent most of his childhood in Utah, USA. His name at birth was Tenzin Dhongha, but from an early age he was stopped by the Dalai Lama who pronounced he was a “tulku”- a special miracle being. His name was changed to Gomo Tulku, the name of his grandfather, who he is believed to be the reincarnation of. The first Gomo Tulku was one of the leading Tibetan teachers of his generation. Tenzin was taken to a South Indian monastery to be educated in the teachings of the Lamas. He is now a Tibetan monk, who lives in Tuscany where he has a group of followers. The young monk, looking cool, handsome, and western is realising a rap single. This is a young man who from his birth has been systematically demonized, and is now being tipped to make quite an impression. The music industry has their eye on him, but much is expected of him “spiritually” as well. Do you want your teenager rapping along to music inspired by Tibetan Buddhist spirits?

What is more we have discovered in 2009 the Dalai Lama was made a citizen of Rome by the mayor of the city. In a ceremony in Rome, The Dalai Lama bestowed upon the mayor his white scarf. The acceptance of these scarfs is giving the spirit of the Dalai Lama access to you. The honor of citizenship, grants the Dalai Lama a position of authority over the city. However, encouragingly, the Italian Premiere Silvio Berlusconi declined a meeting with the Dalai Lama during the visit, which offended Italian MP MPs Matteo Mecacci.

Italy may not be making global headlines. It may not appear to have the global significance of many other places. However, the spirit over Italy quietly affects the media in ways we cannot see. The Buddhists have recognised Italy as a place of importance- they have positioned their next generation leading light there. There is more to Italy than pizza, pasta and the Pope! Prophet TV is seeking to go to Rome. However, what makes Rome important?

Rome is the centre of the Catholic Church. In the centre of the city of Rome is Vatican City. The Vatican is an independent nation state and is home to the Pope. This is where all the major decisions are made as to the direction of the Rome Catholic Church. Catholic’s believe the Pope to be God’s representative on earth, and follow his every word- what the Pope says and does influences 1.1 Billion people world wide. Therefore the ruling spirit over the Vatican is very important. Although Catholics believe in Jesus, there is a powerful dragon over the Catholic Church, which controls the people through religion. As God has taught through Prophet TV, you go for the source, when dealing with the demonic- and in the case of the Catholic church that is Rome.

The Vatican city was built on the location believed to be where the apostle Peter was crucified. It was also the location of Emperor Nero’s circus. Nero was basically mad! He burnt Rome, to give himself an excuse to persecute the church, his persecution was the first major state organised persecution of the church. His circus was where many Christians died and were thrown to the lions.

In the centre of the Vatican is St. Peter’s Square- where the Pope gives all his grand sermons in front of mass crowds. In the centre is a large Egyptian obelisk. This was originally built in the Egyptian city of Heliopolis, and was moved to Rome by the Emperor Caligula (12-41 AD).

One of the major issues facing the Catholic Church is celibacy laws. God has made us with sexual hormones and instituted marriage has the correct and righteous way for a man and a woman to enjoy intercourse. However, for Catholic Priests, and Nuns struggling to control these natural desires the enemy has been able to gain access to their lives and perversions have taken root within the Catholic church- the worst of these being the recent pedophile scandals. There is no real biblical reason not to allow marriage, so why are these celibacy laws in place? Up until the 12 century priests were allowed to marry. However, because of the medieval feudal system property, wealth and title were always passed father to son. So the Catholic church was losing vast sums of money, and land to the sons of its priests, and the sons were automatically made priests- regardless of education or “moral credentials”! Therefore the way they found to stop this was making celibacy laws! Basically it was all about the money!

Prophet TV has been teaching that when we open a door to the demonic, i.e through sin, that demon has access to us, and we need to be delivered. As with a man so with a city. So the centuries of undealt with sin in the Vatican City have allowed powerful principalities to gain access. Much blood has been spilled through the Vatican, as many of the Pope’s were ruthless, brutal murderers gaining power via corruption and killing their rivals- especially in the Middle Ages. Not hard to believe, since the Pope was the most powerful man in Europe. It is also apparent that the sexual scandals which have been exposed in recent years are no stranger the the Catholic church, past Popes would  entertain “boys”, engaged in homosexuality, and many frequented prostitutes. One Pope was said to have made the Vatican like a “whorehouse”.

Rome is a city that has global influence. The enemy knows this- he has targeted the Vatican for centuries. Only a Son of God has the authority to take down the dragon, and allow the Presence of God to come into a region to influence the thoughts of men.
