FBI Infiltrated U.S. Houses Of Worship To Combat So Called Domestic Terrorism
U.S. House of Representative Jim Jordan said Monday at least one undercover FBI employee sought to monitor parishioners in Catholic houses of worship to combat domestic terrorism using tripwire and sources.
According to internal documents released by House Judiciary Committee, FBI authorities planned to use churches as “new avenues for tripwire and source development,” sending a message that federal law enforcement may be listening while Americans practice their First Amendment right to worship freely.

GOP Congress Subpoenas FBI and DOJ Over Targeting Of Parents
The Department of Justice is firing back at House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan after Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray were subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee.
Last week, Jordan subpoenaed Wray, compelling him to turn over documents and communications related to the FBI’s “misuse of federal criminal and counterterrorism resources” to target parents at school board meetings. Jordan also subpoenaed Garland and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona for documents related to the same matter.
