Paypal Censoring With Content Based Bans

PayPal’s purported content-based bans raise additional concerns about Big Tech’s control over free speech, a digital privacy advocate told Fox News.

“For a decade I’ve been watching content moderation at the platform level go terribly awry,” Corynne McSherry, the legal director at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a digital rights group, told Fox News. “Now, more and more we’re watching the same problems … in other parts of the internet stack.”

Trump Will Be Launching a His Own Social Media Platform in the Next Few Months

Former President Donald Trump’s senior advisor Jason Miller said Sunday on Fox News Channels “MediaBuzz” that Trump will be launching a social media platform in the next few months.

Host Howard Kurtz asked, “Donald Trump obviously has been booted off Twitter and Facebook and Instagram, which were a great megaphone for him. Does he plan to get back on social media perhaps with some new outfit?”

BREAKING: Trump Wins AGAIN As Court Throws Out Dems’ Emoluments Lawsuit

On Friday, President Trump scored another victory, as a three-judge panel ruled against congressional Democrats, dismissing their emoluments lawsuit, the first case where they sued Trump, that alleged Trump violated the emoluments clause of the Constitution, arguing he had done so because his ownership of certain businesses meant that he was receiving payments from foreign officials without approval from Congress.

The Emoluments Clause of the Constitution states, “no person holding any office … shall, without the consent of Congress” accept gifts or other benefits from foreign states.

Democrats had issued over 35 subpoenas demanding a response from the Trump administration by July 29 after Emmet Sullivan of the US District Court in Washington ruled in January that they could continue with the legal discovery process, but then the Justice Department asked an appeals court to block the lawsuit, which was first filed on June 14, 2017, writing that Trump was “likely to suffer irreparable injury” because of “intrusive discovery into his personal finances based on the public office he holds.”

Trump was enormously persistent in challenging the lawsuit; a district court had originally ruled the members filing the lawsuit had “sustained their burden to show that they have standing to bring their claims.” Trump then moved to certify the district court’s standing order for interlocutory appeal, which was denied in June 2019. Trump again moved to certify the district court’s standing order and was denied again. Then Trump petitioned the appeals court for a writ of mandamus, which was also denied. But the court also remanded the matter “for immediate reconsideration of the motion to certify,” prompting the district court to certify both dismissal denials for interlocutory appeal and stay its proceedings. The appeals court then granted the interlocutory appeal.

When the enemy comes in like a flood

A sign of things to come?
Are you listening?
Do you have eyes to see?
How obvious does He need to make it?

If the one raised and sent to occupy 19 years ago to “stop greater destruction” loses position if the missions are not supported adequately to hold position, who’s fault is that?

The obedient one with unsustainable debt donated to the people to get in and hold position out of obedience to protect and raise up others believing if others saw 20 years of miracles they would understand the importance of providing enough support to keep the prophet in the zone?

Does anyone actually read or believe the bible? You remember the woman who provided the room for the prophet when he came into the city? SHE KNOWS GOD BETTER THAN MOST and why this is important !

Note: If he who was raised and sent and plowed and poured out his life for NY city was completely unaffected and indeed directed in an entirely new direction this day and didn’t even know this was happening, ie.. his life was completely unaffected by this, then this message is clearly not to him.

It has nothing to do with his obedience or laying down his life in obedience to Him, for others.

90 percent of working-age ‘asylum seekers’ from the Middle East and North Africa who crossed into Sweden since 2015 DO NOT have jobs. This is the reason for Brexit pulling out of the EU.

A study carried out by Statistics Sweden has indicated that migrant unemployment rates are sky high and that social welfare services are being disproportionately relied on by low-skilled migrants from the Middle East and North Africa, Aftonbladet reports.

The study examined statistics on how migrants who came in 2015 and after, who today have permanent residence permits, are sustaining themselves economically. What the study found was shocking.

US to collect social media profiles from immigrants, asylum seekers, and refugees

The process of getting refugee status, a green card, and citizenship will become way more intrusive.
The Department of Homeland Security plans to expand its social media profile collection program from US visa applicants to also include data from immigrants, asylum seekers, and refugees.

The DHS published a notice on the federal registry describing its future data collection practice this week.

The agency plans to ask immigrants, asylum seekers, and refugees to provide usernames — without passwords — for 19 social networking sites:

Ask.fm (Q&A site)
Douban (China-based social network)
Facebook (social network)
Flickr (image hosting portal)
Instagram (image sharing social network)
LinkedIn (job seeking portal)
MySpace (social network)
Pinterest (image saving/categorization service)
QZone (QQ) (China-based social network, IM app)
Reddit (discussion board)
Sina Weibo (China-based microblogging service)
Tencent Weibo (China-based microblogging service)
Tumblr (blogging platform)
Twitter (microblogging service)
Twoo (Belgium-based social network)
Vine (video sharing site)
VKontakte (VK) (Russia-based social network)
Youke (China-based video sharing portal)
YouTube (video sharing portal)
These are the same social media profiles that the DHS had been collecting through the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency from US visa applications — people who applied for entry in the US from a country where a visa card is required.

The DHS has been collecting social media profile information from visa applicants since December 2016. Initially, the social media profile fields were optional, but the DHS made themobligatory for all visa applications in May, this year. See a full timeline here.

Jerry Nadler Appears to Faint and Is Taken to Hospital

Mr. Nadler, the House Judiciary Chairman, was seated inside a school gymnasium in Manhattan when his head slumped.

Representative Jerrold Nadler, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, was taken to a hospital after apparently fainting during a news conference on Friday in Manhattan.

Mr. Nadler, 71, was seated at a table in a gymnasium at Public School 199 on the Upper West Side, where Mayor Bill de Blasio was heralding the expansion of New York City’s speed camera program.

Thirty minutes after Mr. Nadler, a Democrat of Manhattan, made brief remarks, his head appeared to slump. A woman seated behind Mr. Nadler pointed at him, and then Mr. de Blasio attempted to revive him as spectators became alarmed.
