A Christian organization, who want the city of Boston to fly their flag, will take their fght to the Supreme Court. City Hall has three flag poles: one for the American flag, another for the Massachusetts state flag, and the third is used for various other flags.
The LGBTQ+ flag has been flown on the third pole, as well as flags from other nations.
The city argues the flying of the Christian organizations flag would be seen as endorsing a particular religion.
“The city has never before displayed such a flag and, as such, this pioneering elevation of an ‘important symbol’ of the Christian heritage would come without the secular context or importance that the passage of time may have afforded other displays,” Judge Bruce Selya wrote in the opinion of the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.
“The raising of the Christian flag thus would threaten to communicate and endorse a purely religious message on behalf of the city. Where that endorsement is as widely visible and accessible as it is here, and where the city could run the risk of repeatedly coordinating the use of government property with hierarchs of all religions, the city’s establishment concerns are legitimate.”

Peter Schweizer has said the release of two Huawei executives back to China is proof of a conflict of interest for President Biden, and is a “strategic retreat”.
“There’s no question those conflicts exist. Joe Biden himself, two of his family members, his son, Hunter Biden — of course — and his brother, James Biden, have received millions of dollars from politically connected Chinese interests,” Schweizer said during an appearance on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo.
“[T]here’s plenty of evidence to support that Hunter Biden was paying Joe Biden’s bills,” Schweizer said. “We know that there were contractors that were working on Joe’s private residence in Delaware while he was vice president, and Hunter and his business associates were handling the payment of those bills.”
“We know there were things like a private phone or several phones that Joe Biden had while he was vice president,” Schweizer continued. “The bill was three hundred plus dollars a month that was being paid by Hunter’s business. So we know at least tens of thousands of dollars of bills. Thus far. We’ve been paid and this is illegal. You cannot subsidize a family member in politics by paying their bills.”

India are beginning trials of a new DNA vaccine against covid. Although initial data shows only 67% effectiveness, it has been heralded as a key moment in the fight against Covid. DNA vaccines are administered into the skin, without the need of an injection. The strand of viral DNA then trains the immune system to recognize the virus.
There are about a dozen DNA vaccines in the later stages of development, with many more in the early stages of development. Scientists believe the technology could be used to fight other diseases.
DNA vaccines have the advantage over RNA vaccines as they are quick to produce and do not require to be stored at the very low temperatures that RNA vaccines need.

A pilot scheme in San Francisco will pay high risk offenders not to shoot people. The scheme is hoping to reduce violent crime in the city.
The scheme sponsored by the Dream Keeper Foundation will pay individuals $300 a month if they do not shoot someone.

A mother from Illinois has been stripped of her parenting rights over her refusal to take the covid vaccine. Rebecca Firlit said she refused the vaccine over previous adverse effects from vaccines. She is in a custody battle with her ex-husband over their son. However, her ex-husband had not raised the issue with the judge.
“The trial court clearly exceeded its authority in sua sponte suspending the mother’s parenting time when the issue before the court was child support,” Firlit’s attorney told Fox News in a statement. “The father did not bring this issue before the court. The mother did not know her parenting time was being discussed when she went to zoom court on August [10]. The judge deprived her of notice and a full hearing on the issue. The issue is now before the Illinois appellate court.”
